We’re writing to inform you of upcoming necessary maintenance that will be carried out on Uniguest’s Tripleplay Cloud platform. The work involves replacement of a core system component and is necessary to ensure ongoing availability and stability of the service.
Maintenance window
Start: 9th March - 22:00 AEDT / 19:00 AWST / 11:00 GMT
End: 10th March - 02:00 AEDT / 23:00 AWST / 15:00 GMT
During this time, the system will be temporarily inaccessible. Once maintenance is complete, all services will be fully restored and operating as normal. Service status can be monitored at any point on our system status page (https://uniguest.com/system-status/). We understand that any interruption can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience while we carry out this important work to ensure service availability.
