Resolved -
After monitoring all Order at Table orders we are confident that the remediation steps Tabsquare and Stripe implemented have resolved the issue and all customers are now able to use the Order at Table platform without issue.

Monitoring -
Tabsquare have identified the root cause of the issue and applied a fix. The root cause was related to Stripe API keys, where some keys were blocked by Stripe due to a security flag. Stores associated with the affected keys experienced the ordering errors. Stripe has now issued new keys, and these have been applied.
We have now re-enabled Order at Table for all paused stores and will monitor them closely.

Investigating -
We are aware of an issue impacting Tabsquare Order at Table, where customers may receive an error when pressing Place Order. This occurs before payment is taken, and no orders or payments are affected.
If your store experiencing this issue, please pause the Order at Table platform and direct customers to place orders via the POS.
IT are actively monitoring live orders, and if a majority of stores are impacted, we will pause the platform nationally to minimise customer disruption.
This issue has been escalated with Tabsquare, and they are actively investigating.
